I’ve struggled with my weight and depression most of my life. I’ve lost two stone to date and managed to keep it off. I’m a lot more active, comfortable in my own body and what has really surprised me is my skin. I have suffered with acne for years and it’s almost cleared up. I have a much more positive mindset and feeling happiness again.
I have been sending our three children to Yogai classes with Angela for the last six weeks. Tom and Hetty have become a lot more well behaved and thoughtful towards one another and to myself.
